Erlean Marion Steele of Kelowna, BC (formerly of Hagensburg and Terrace, BC) passed away peacefully in the loving arms of family at Spring Valley Care Home on Wednesday, October 20, 2021.
Erlean was predeceased by her cherished daughter, Brenda. However, she will be forever loved and remembered by her husband of fifty years, Mel; and her sons: Dean (Katherine), Lawrence (Rose), and Wade (Dana); she also leaves behind her grandchildren: Peter, Maria, Krystal, Jenna, and Brandon; as well as her great-grandchildren: Kurtis, Nathan, Rylan, Vienna, and Hezekiah; and many other loving family members and special friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Spring Valley Care Home and its staff, as well as her granddaughter Jenna, and daughter-in- law Dana (her nurses!) for ensuring her comfort, peace, and dignity through her final journey.
Erlean's interment will take place at Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery with immediate family present. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society - a cause dear to Erlean and her family.
