In Loving Memory ~ Erick Christiansen was born November 16, 1945, at home in Terrace to Eli and Jemima Christiansen.
Erick worked in Public works for Kitsumkalum for 36 years. His start date was June 1, 1985, to November 14, 2021, when he was last admitted to the hospital. He was considered a mechanical genius. He also mentored and passed his knowledge down to many wanting to learn from him.
Kitsumkalum will never be the same; we feel this tremendous loss. Erick struggled with his health for the last remaining days of his life. He died on his birthday, at 5:00 pm.
Erick belonged to the House of Łagaax. He belonged to the Gispudwada clan.
Erick is predeceased by his common-law wife, Elizabeth, his sisters Martha, Marina, Edith, Mildred, and Wilma, and brother's John and Clifford, children: Timothy, Leanne, and Daniel.
He is survived by his older brother Eli Christiansen (Sharon); and his sisters: Laura Brown, Shirley Bolton(Billy), and Irene Mason. His children: Karin, Matthew, Crystal, Jacob, and Camille.
He leaves behind his grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Also, Ron Bolan (Porky) was one of Erick's closest friends.
