It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Edward Thomas Portelance on March 6, 2018 in palliative care.
He is survived by his loving wife of 24 years Angelita, his daughter Selena (Connelly) and grand-daughter Marie-Rose, sister Rosemarie Parent and brother Joe.
Edward loved to watch his favourite movies and listen to music with Angelita. He also enjoyed the company and events of the Fil-Can Association.
Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Mills Memorial Hospital.
Also heartfelt thanks to Beverly Hayden, George and Ann Chinn and Joe Mandur.
Thank you to all the Fil-Can members for their support during these difficult times.
Edward will be missed by all those friends who knew him well.
A Celebration of Life will be held in May.
