In Loving Memory ~
It is with breaking hearts we want everyone to know of the passing of a wonderful wife, mom, nana and great BC Nana on September 8th at 9:30 a.m.
Doris Helen Emerson passed away peacefully holding the hand of her love of her life of whom she spent 64 and a half years with; her family waiting in the wings.
Doris leaves behind her husband Les and their five children: Les (Colinda), Shannon (Mike), Julia, Dianne, and Denise (Jerry); 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Doris will be remembered for her great love of her family.
She is known for making the day of many by her kind words and hugs. Outside of her family was her great love of woodworking, baking and natural remedy research. Doris will be forever remembered for her quick smile, laughter and wealth of wisdom.
Doris' family would like to thank Dr. Druin, Frances and the home support team, Joanne at Pharmasave and others for their amazing and compassionate care. Every one of you brought a smile to Doris's face.
Thank you for all the sympathy and kindness expressed by family and friends far and wide.
