LLOYD, David Lionel Norman
December 19, 1918 - December 17, 2006
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our father Dave Lloyd. Dave worked for many years in Industrial Relations in the fishing and forestry industry in Vancouver, Terrace and Castlegar and retired first in the Nelson area and later moved to Westbank. Dave was predeceased by his wife Helen (1986), daughter Janis Blessin (1987), and granddaughter Leanne Lloyd (1999). He is survived by his children Barry David
(Jo-Ann), Melanie Olson (Richard), and Barry Ernest.; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren and loving companion Rita Roberts.
Many thanks to the staff and residents of Westwood Retirement Resort. Dave so enjoyed his last year with all of you.
Dave truly touched the hearts of everyone he met and he will be deeply missed. There will be no service at his request. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Palliative Care Program Fund or Holding Hands for Hospice Fund c/o KGH Foundation 2268 Pandosy St., Kelowna, B.C. V1Y 1T2
