In loving memory ~

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of David Axel Wreggitt. He was an adored husband and soulmate to Darcie Buller, a beloved father to Conor (Chyenne and Everhett) and Cassie (Jordan). He was a wonderful brother to Myrna (Paul), John, Jean (Gerhard), uncle to many nieces and nephews, cherished son-in-law to Ted and Linda Buller, brother-in-law to Tanis Buller and was a good friend and neighbour to many. David was predeceased by his parents Jack and Patricia Wreggitt.

David enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He loved his time spent on Shames Mountain with the kids and friends, mountain biking and building bike trails, fishing on the Skeena, and mushroom picking with Ed on secret mountain slopes. His job as a BC Hydro meter reader took him to many remote rural areas. He loved the country and the interesting people who lived there. He enjoyed sitting on the deck with a cold beer looking out on the beautiful Old Remo scenery or reading a good book by a cozy fire on a winter's day. One of his greatest joys was his 150 acres of Old Remo paradise. He built kilometres of trails that were groomed for skiing and walking in winter. He had trails along the creek where he fed the fish and could sit and enjoy nature. His gnome home is a highlight of the walking trail tour that everybody enjoys! David's life is a lesson in contentment. He had gratitude for our beautiful part of the world and the people in it. It was a life well lived and we adored him.
