You could take the boy away from the farm, but you could never take the farmer out of Dad.
Forever growing, raising or building something, that was our father.
Born to farmers in Radville, Saskatchewan, he made his home in many places, finally and most recently in Caroline, Alberta.
Predeceased by his first wife Doreen, his second wife Joan, and his granddaughter Uleen.
Al’s wife Eva Trottier and his children Elreen, Keith (Roxanne), Rod (Debby) and Wanda (Bill) celebrate his life. Along with his sisters Leafa, Elsie and brother Glen, he will be missed by his grandchildren, Chad, Dominic, Randy, Shawna, Brandon and Adam, his great grandchildren Kate and Tripp and his many nieces and nephews.
Al will also be remembered by the many friends he acquired throughout his much travelled and varied life.
