PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION
DISPOSAL OF LAND
TAKE NOTICE THAT, in accordance with the Community Charter, the Council of the City of Terrace intends to lease the following lands:
To lease to Willow Creek Holdings Inc. (operating as the Chill Soda Shop) for the monthly amount of $500 for Year One, $520 for Year Two, and $540 for Year Three starting February 1, 2023 to January 31 2026, 520 square feet of the building known as the Kwinitsa Foreman’s Residence located at 4805 Highway 16 West (legally described as District Lot 362, R5, Coast District, Plan BCP17919).
THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 26 OF THE COMMUNITY CHARTER, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO.
