TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Terrace has received an application from Kitselas Development Corporation for a Temporary Use Permit.
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects that portion of the land, within the City of Terrace, shown in bold outline and hatched on the attached map and described as
Lot 1, District Lot 1722, 1725 and 1726, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP43178 [3755 Jack Talstra Way]
THE INTENT:
To temporarily permit 0.91 ha of the subject property for Parking Facility and Transportation Use for the parking of vehicles, buses and passenger loading and unloading.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
Any persons wishing to view the terms and conditions of the permit may do so by attending the Public Works Building at 5003 Graham Avenue, Terrace, B.C., between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays.
COUNCIL MEETING DETAILS:
The application will be considered by Council at the COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 7:30 P.M. ON MONDAY, APRIL 14, 2025.
