TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Terrace has received an application from Technicon Industries Ltd. for a Temporary Use Permit (TUP).
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects that portion of the land, within the City of Terrace, shown in bold outline and hatched on the attached map and described as
Lot 3, District Lot 360, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 3592 (4809 Kalum Street)

THE INTENT:
To allow the use of three 20-foot-long shipping containers with roofed structures between and supported by the shipping containers for temporary outdoor storage for a final 3-year term.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
This application is a renewal and replacement of TUP No.06-2021, approved by City Council on September 13, 2021. Any persons wishing to view the terms and conditions of the permit may do so online at www.terrace.ca/planningapplications or by attending the Public Works Building at 5003 Graham Avenue, Terrace, B.C., between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday, August 16, 2024 to Monday, August 26, 2024, excluding weekends and Statutory Holidays.
COUNCIL MEETING DETAILS:
The application will be considered by Council at the COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 7:30 P.M. ON MONDAY, AUGUST 26, 2024.
Any person who wishes to address Council may do so in person at 3215 Eby Street or participate virtually through Microsoft Teams. Council meetings will also be live streamed and available for viewing on the City of Terrace website at www.terrace.ca/city-hall/council-webcasts or on the City of Terrace Facebook page.
