TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Terrace has received an application from Katica Peterson, on behalf of Edison Motors Ltd., for a Temporary Use Permit.
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects the land, within the City of Terrace, shown in bold outline and hatched on the attached map and described as
Lot 2, District Lot 362, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 8897 (5130 Highway 16)

THE INTENT:
To use the subject property for manufacturing of electric hybrid heavy (Class 8) trucks. The term of the temporary use shall be for 3 years, with a onetime option for renewal for an additional 3 years.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
Any persons wishing to view the terms and conditions of the permit may do so online at www.terrace.ca/planningapplications or by attending the Public Works Building at 5003 Graham Avenue, Terrace, B.C., between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Friday, June 14, 2024 to Monday, June 24, 2024, excluding weekends and Statutory Holidays.
COUNCIL MEETING DETAILS:
The application will be considered by Council at the COUNCIL MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 7:30 P.M. ON MONDAY, JUNE 24, 2024.
Any person who wishes to address Council may do so in person at 3215 Eby Street or participate virtually through Microsoft Teams.
