TAKE NOTICE THAT an application has been made to amend Schedule “A” (Zoning Bylaw Text) of Zoning Bylaw No. 2069-2014.
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects those portions of the lands, within the City of Terrace, shown hatched on the accompanying map and described as:
Lot 2, District Lot 362, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 8897

THE INTENT:
To amend section 12.4.2 Site Specific Permitted Uses of the C3 — Service Commercial Zone by adding the following: I. “Manufacturing, Light, limited to the assembly of light duty electric vehicle conversion kits and the research and development of electric vehicle systems” to the property legally described as: Lot 2, District Lot 362, Range 5, Coast District, Plan 8897 (5130 Highway 16 West)
PURPOSE:
To add a light industrial site-specific permitted use at 5130 Highway 16 West, to enable a light duty electric vehicle conversion kit assembly and research facility in conjunction with a vehicle sales, leasing and service operation.
