NOTICE OF CONSIDERATION
TEMPORARY USE PERMIT
TAKE NOTICE THAT the City of Terrace has received an application from NSD Development Corporation for a Temporary Use Permit.
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects that portion of the land, within the City of Terrace, shown in bold outline and hatched on the attached map and described as
Lot 7, District Lot 362, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP105420 [4920 Keith Avenue]
and
Lot 8, District Lot 362, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP105420 [4930 Keith Avenue]
THE INTENT:
To temporarily use 0.15 ha of the subject properties for outdoor storage and parking for light trucks, heavy trucks, industrial equipment, and trailers.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
Any persons wishing to view the terms and conditions of the permit may do so by attending the Public Works Building at 5003 Graham Avenue, Terrace, B.C., between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays.
COUNCIL MEETING DETAILS:
The application will be considered by Council at the Council meeting TO BE HELD IN THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 7:30 P.M. ON MONDAY, APRIL 14, 2025.
Council meetings will also be live streamed and available for viewing on the City of Terrace website at www.terrace.ca/city-hall/council-webcasts or on the City of Terrace Facebook page.
THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, R.S.B.C., 2015 (and amendments thereto), UNDER SECTION 494.
