IT’S A suspended sentence with probation for a woman charged with nine thefts last year.

Olympia Stevens will spend one year on probation after pleading guilty to nine charges of theft $5,000 or under as ordered by Judge Agnes Krantz Feb. 24.

She was also ordered to do 40 hours of community work service by January 2012 and not to go to several local stores such as Gemma’s Bath and Boutique, Shoppers Drug Mart, Ricki’s Fashion, Bootlegger, Warehouse One, Ella’s Fashions and Ruins Board Shop.

A charge of breach of conditions was stayed by the court.
