Cecil Morris Derrick, also known as Cecil Morris Clayton, is described as a native, 38-years-old, 5 foot 7 inches tall, and weighs 170 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
He has a tattoos of "Love" on every finger of his left hand and a picture of a heart on his left hand.
