He sustained injuries, which appeared to be minimal, and was transported to the hospital.

Earlier that same day, around 11:15 a.m., Terrace RCMP received a report of a hit and run at Sparks Street and Lakelse Avenue, involving a woman in a wheelchair. Police investigated and contacted the driver of the vehicle, who had been unaware he had made contact with the woman.

Assist other agency

On Saturday Nov. 3 around 1:20 a.m., police were called to an address for a possible domestic assault, which turned out to be adults watching television and arguing about a movie. Later Saturday night, a man was arrested for uttering threats and assault following a report of a domestic file. He was released on a Promise to Appear with conditions.

Terrace RCMP responded to a break and enter in progress on the 4400 block of Park Avenue. Police arrived on scene and located a man trying the door knob of a residential home. The man was extremely intoxicated, as was another man nearby. Both were arrested and lodged in cells.

A group of youths was reported to be banging around in an abandoned house on the weekend. On Saturday Nov. 3, around 7:45 p.m., police responded to Copper River Road for the mischief report. Upon arrival, members observed some fresh damage to the house, as well as older and extensive graffiti. No one was located in the area.

Rocks crash into highway

No injuries were reported but the highway was blocked by the large rocks. Highway maintenance was advised and took control of the scene.
