The complaints began in July, 2013 and continued through to the last one being in September, 2013. In this incident a store clerk grabbed the envelope containing the camera that the man had dropped and chased him out of the store.

She had recognized the man from a previous occurrence in which he attempted to use a camera hidden in an envelope to look up a woman’s skirt.

Police obtained photos of the man from his own hidden camera and included them in a news release on September 27th in hopes of the public identifying him.

The man was arrested on October 27 and released the same day on numerous conditions to appear in court at a later date. Terrace RCMP are forwarding seven counts of voyeurism to Crown Counsel.
