Terrace RCMP looking to recover stolen equipment from Queensway Drive

Terrace RCMP reported thousands of dollars worth of equipment stolen from a shipping container in a yard on the 4500 block of Queensway Dr.

The police estimate the theft took place sometime between Jan. 14 and Jan 17. Having cut the lock used to secure the storage container, the thieves took off with items such as a chain saws, cutting bars, and generators.

Police are asking for public assistance in reporting any of the following items, if seen:

  • Twelve STIHL MS362 white and orange chain saws with wrap around the handle bars, 25 cutting bar
  • Two Honda Generators
  • Two Echo CS6700 chainsaws with a 24 cutting bar
  • Husqvarna 385 XL chain saw no bar attached
  • Grey Echo CXG-680 cut off saw
