Terrace RCMP arrest clown on Halloween night

Scaring children, swearing, attacking people some of the complaints, police say.

A man was arrested Halloween night after Terrace RCMP received a report of a clown scaring children.

Around 6:35 p.m., on Oct. 31, 2017, Terrace RCMP were called to Mountain Vista Drive and Bailey Street where numerous people reported a clown was swearing, hiding in the bushes, yelling, attacking people, and challenging them to fight.

Police located the man in the clown costume and arrested him for Cause a Disturbance and marijuana possession.
