During the same time period, four people were lodged in Terrace cells – two of these people were lodged for intoxication.

Downtown Terrace

Erratic driver in the Staples parking lot. Further details were not obtained.

Disturbance in behind a restaurant on Lakelse Ave. Checks of the area were done.

Possible impaired driver in a restaurant drive-thru. Checks of the area were done.

Two computer screens were found in the bushes near the intersection of Greig Ave./Kalum St.

Intoxicated woman passed out on Kalum St. She was transported to Mills Memorial Hospital via BC Ambulance due to her level of intoxication.

Elsewhere Terrace

Hit and run in the Walmart parking lot no January 3rd. A black 2008 Dodge Caliber sustained major damage to the driver’s side door.

A black Chevrolet Canyon truck lost control on Sparks St. and damaged a fence and bumped into a house. The driver was uninjured but was transported to Mills Memorial Hospital for assessment.

Drug information received.

A glass pane was damaged in the smoking area of Chances Casino during the night of January 1st. Under investigation.

Sexual interference investigation.

An intoxicated man and woman fighting and causing a disturbance at a business on Eby St. Checks of the area were done. The man and the woman were arrested later in the evening on other calls.

A man causing a disturbance at Mills Memorial Hospital. Police apprehended the man under the Mental Health Act.

A person was upset because another person stated they were coming over to their house to drink all of their vodka. Police gave advice on the matter.

A grey 2002 Ford Taurus and a red 2007 Pontiac Montana collided on the Sande Overpass south intersection. Both drivers suffered minor injuries. The Ford was towed due to extensive damage.

An iPod was stolen from a jacket at a school. Under investigation.

Loud music from an apartment. Police spoke with a person.

Domestic dispute. Checks determined that a man was in breach of Undertaking and Probation condition of not to be in the presence of a person if having consumed alcohol in proceeding 25 hour period. The 34-year-old man was found hiding in a residence and arrested. He is held for court.

Assault. A youth kicked another youth and uttered threats. Under investigation.

A youth destroyed the inside of a residence causing thousands of dollars in damage. The youth was arrested and is held for investigation.

Familial dispute. Police spoke with the people involved. A resolution was reached.

Missing youth. Police spoke with the youth who didn’t want to go home. A resolution was reached.

Well-being check. The person was fine.

Abandoned 911 call. A couple was having a verbal argument. Police spoke with the people involved.

A person locked out of a home. Police spoke with the people involved. A resolution was reached.

Missing patient. He returned on his own a short time later.

Rural

Possible impaired driver in Usk. Checks of the area were done.

Assist New Westminster police with uttering threats via Facebook investigation.

Suspicious vehicle on Copper River Rd. Police spoke with the driver.

Gitaus

Domestic assault. Frozen meat was thrown at a person. Police spoke with the people involved but were unable to determine what occurred due to no cooperation and intoxication. Under investigation.
