Pages in the Park is back this week with colourful pages of story books spread out across George Little Park in Terrace.

A joint undertaking by the Terrace Public Library, Skeena CCRR and the Terrace Women’s Resource Centre Society, the self-guided story walk will be held Monday to Friday (March 28 -April 1) between 10 a.m. and noon.

More than 100 children from daycares across town attended today’s story walk in the park.

The stories on display this week are spring-themed and include popular books like The Mouse’s Apples, Jigging for Halibut with Tsinii and A Fox Called Herbert among others.

Pages in the Park started last year as an initiative to connect with children and families in a creative and socially distanced way. The idea was a success with interactive trails set up at Ferry Island Campground, the Farmers Market, Howe Creek Trail among other locations across town.
