Missing man last seen in Terrace

TERRACE RCMP said it's investigating to ensure a man's well-being after a missing poster went up on Facebook recently.

TERRACE RCMP said it’s investigating to ensure a man’s well-being after a missing poster went up on Facebook recently, saying he was last seen here.

“This is an ongoing investigation. Foul play is not suspected. We are looking for him to ensure his well-being,” said Terrace RCMP media relations and community policing officer Const. Angela Rabut.

Information on the poster said that John Lucas Richard Krawczuk, who goes by Lucas, 38, was last seen at the Greyhound Bus depot here at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 18.

He’s 5′ 10″ tall, weighs 300 lbs and has a tattoo of a Celtic design on his left shoulder and a skull design on his forearm.

He is believed to be in the Vancouver area and was last wearing a blue coat, black pants, black leather Nike shoes, a small blue, grey and white scarf and was carrying a black duffle bag.

Anyone with information is asked to call the local police or Terrace RCMP at 250-635-7400.
