A NEARLY two week stint in jail is the punishment for a man convicted of three charges from earlier in December.
Esau Guno was found guilty of one charge each of trespassing at night, breaching an undertaking and mischief and was sentenced to 12 days jail and 12 months of probation to follow with conditions for incidents that took place in New Aiyansh and Terrace Dec. 14.
He will have to provide a DNA sample to police and won’t have to pay a victim fine surcharge.
One count of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, and three breaches were stayed by the court.
