Male stabbed in Terrace, B.C.

RCMP looking for any witnesses in March 24 assault

TERRACE RCMP say they have one male in custody after another male was stabbed in the street over the weekend.

Just after midnight on March 24, 2013, the Terrace RCMP attended the scene of a stabbing near the corner of Haugland Avenue and Pear Street on the southside.

 A 20 year-old male victim was taken to Mills Memorial Hospital with a stab wound to his chest. The victim remains in hospital and is currently in stable condition.

A 22 year-ld male remains in police custody and is facing charges of aggravated assault and assault with a weapon. Both men are known to each other, say police.
