Terrace avoided a large forecasted snowfall last night but a freezing rain warning remains in effect
Periods of freezing rain are expected to the east of Terrace along Hwy. 16 from Smithers to Terrace. The risk of freezing rain will diminish this afternoon as temperatures rise.
