TRAFFIC IS down to one lane near an accident on Hwy 16 near McCarthy Motors this morning.
A small black car sits on the westbound lane with a smushed hood and a line of debris in front of it on the pavement, including part of the bumper on the grassy median on the south side of the highway.
Police and first responders are there and flaggers are directing traffic with one lane alternating to get past the crash in both directions.
