HERE ARE the incidents requiring the presence of Terrace RCMP officers for the 24-hour period ending Aug. 11, 2012.

Downtown Terrace

– a male on Greig St was arrested for public intoxication.

– an abandoned bicycle was left at the Terrace detachment. It was a ‘classic cruiser’ style, made by Supercycle.

Elsewhere in Terrace

– police assisted ambulance at a residence where a woman suffered a minor head injury.

– a woman caught two people trying to break into her car on Kalum St.

Thornhill

– a ‘Giovanni’ kid-sized ATV was stolen from a residence on Queensway Drive sometime during the last week.

– police attended a residence for a report of a suicidal male. The male was apprehended under the Mental Heath Act and taken to the hospital for observation.

Kitsumkalum, Kulspai, Gitaus

– police attended Kitsumkalum for a complaint of a green car that has been seen speeding through the construction zone several times.
