Four mixed teams from Kitimat and Kitamaat Village

Basketball parents are in for a tough weekend – they take on an under 13 team, twice, as part of this weekend’s three-day tournament in Kitamaat Village

The tournament kicks off at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 28, in the Haisla Rec Centre, ending with the final on Monday, December 30, at 8:00 p.m.

The four teams – Red, Blue, White and Black – features players, young and not-so-young, from Kitamaat Village and Kitimat, including some of the younger Braves players who are making their mark and senior player greats.

The tournament will also see boys’ teams playing against girls’ teams.
