BC Assessment released their annual property assessments on Jan. 2, 2025. In the north central region of B.C., Terrace had six of the top 100 valued residential properties.
The most valued residential property in the city is in the Lakefront neighbourhood at 2791 First Ave. Valued at $2,025,000, the two bed, three bath, 3000 square feet house is not for sale.
All six of the properties on this list are located in the Lakefront neighbourhood.
