Summer returns for a few days

BRAYA KLUSS cools off with a Popsicle at George Little Park yesterday.

SATURDAY MARKED the fourth day in a row of warm weather with temperatures above 20 C in a summer of rain.

It was even warm enough for popsicles at Christy Park where onlookers used them to cool off while watching the Terrace Youth Soccer Association playoffs.

Enjoy the weather as much as possible today and tomorrow as Tuesday’s forecast calls for a return to rain for three days and for temperatures to dip below 20 C for the rest of the week.

That means temperatures will be close to, or slightly below, the normal high of 18 C until this upcoming Friday.
