ABOUT 60 to 70 people of all ages enjoyed a 1940s army style lunch Aug. 22 at Ksan Place, which was an officers' mess hall during the Second World War.
Those who came enjoyed beef stew, crusty bread and apple pie.
The Ksan Girls Group helped to prepare the food.
