A FORD of Canada program has helped a Terrace hockey team.

Drive One For Your Community features donations by Ford of Canada to community groups or schools based on the number of people who take its vehicles for a test drive.

Saturday, Oct. 15, members of the Terrace Pizza Hut Pee Wee Rep team, part of the Terrace Minor Hockey Association, were at Terrace Totem Ford.

Each test drive of approximately 2 km in length resulted in a $20 donation to the team.

Players’ parents also hosted a BBQ, collecting donations for the minor hockey players.

Terrace Totem Ford has brought Drive One For Your Community to Terrace several times.
