A new studio has opened up in Terrace.
The studio is called ANKARTA House of Style, and is located above Trigo’s on Park Ave.
The business will sell art as well as function as a hair studio with stylist/owner Brandan Larkin behind the chair.
“[You can] look at beautiful art while you’re getting your hair done,” Larkin explained. “I want people to come in and basically feel the art coming off the walls.”
Larkin says the studio has a very relaxing atmosphere and a more private one-on-one style of hair care.
Larkin encourages people to stop by and view the art anytime.
“Everyone is welcome, all sorts of good company,” Larkin said.
For now the studio will have flexible hours depending on booking times.
