TERRACE TOTEM Ford in Terrace has once again won an award for all around sales and customer satisfaction.
The 2010 President's Award presented by the Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is one of a long line of achievements earned by the dealership, says Kevin Kennedy, a managing partner.
“It's for a number of things – customer satisfaction, growth in sales, service, profitability, market share,” he said.
The dealership also won the President's Award in 2009.
Terrace Totem Ford has 63 employees, including those who work at Norm's Auto Refinishing.
