Midgets win 9 – 0 over Dawson Creek

And the Midgets are also on top at the Midget Tier 3 provincials in 100 Mile House, with eight points going into today's game against North Delta. Yesterday, they continued their offensive onslaught, shutting out Dawson Creek 9 – 0.

"We're treating every game with the same amount of focus as the last," said coach Dave Jephson, noting the coaching staff has been working the team hard to make sure they aren't falling into bad habits, especially with the games seeing such high margins. "We always tell them there are 18 kids on the team and 18 kids need to contribute."

Jephson is anticipating the games will get closer as semi-finals begin tomorrow evening, and says the facilities and volunteers in 100 Mile House are some of the best he's seen.
