THE TERRACE Minor Hockey Association is benefitting from a donations program offered through the local Source for Sports outlet.
By buying a voucher online and redeeming it at the outlet, people receive a savings on equipment purchased and the knowledge that 12.5 per cent of all sales are given back to the association.
It's one way of helping minor hockey teams and the association cope with the costs of playing the sport.
“Other Source for Sports stores have offered this and it has generated significant savings for customers, plus gives back to local minor hockey at the same time,” said Bob Park of All Seasons Source for Sports here.
“We encourage all residents in the area to take advantage and be part of this great program.”
Vouchers need to be redeemed by May 31.
