TEAM STRIKE Force took first place on the women’s side at the Terrace Slo-pitch league’s Kings and Queens tournament held over the long weekend.
Telkwa came second and Rudon was third for the ladies.
On the men’s end, West Point came in first. Games were held at Cassie Hall, Riverside, Rotary and Thornhill Primary.
The women are heading to Kitimat for a ladies’ tournament on the weekend of July 21 and the league is gearing up for their Riverboat Days tournament, beer garden, and Olympic night.
