The Terrace midget rep hockey team returned home with a second place finish after participating in a tournament in Quesnel, Nov. 5 - 6.

Apart from two losses to Quesnel, the team went undefeated in the tournament, as it took on teams from across the northwest.

Game one for Terrace was against Fort St. John, who it beat 6-1.

Game two was another win for the team, this time 5-1 over Burns Lake.

A loss to Quesnel of 4-2 put Terrace into the crossover game, where the midgets won against Prince Rupert 5-3, putting Terrace into the gold medal match where the team was edged out 2-1 by Quesnel.

This is the second tournament of the year for the midget reps, who took gold earlier in the season in Merritt, defeating teams from Victoria, Nanaimo, Port Alberni and Merritt.

The Terrace midget rep hockey team remains undefeated so far this season in its home league, the Skeena Valley Hockey League.
