Members of the Terrace Whiskey Jack Archery club participated in an archery shoot May 28 and 29 in Prince Rupert.

The event was the Prince Rupert Eagle Eye Archery Club's annual shoot, and 15 Terrace members placed at the event.

Rita Wacholtz from the Terrace club said the tournament went well and was fairly well attended.

“They had some fun targets such as a dragon in a cave and a huge sasquatch walking by a bridge, although they usually try to keep to traditional northwest animals,” Wacholtz said.

The club will next head to Prince George to participate in a shoot June 18.
