October 13, 1946 - August 13, 2014
With deep sorrow we tell you of the sudden passing of a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend. Tony passed peacefully in his sleep after a short fight with cancer.
He leaves behind his loving wife and best friend Deanne. Four children Tony Jr, Charlotte, Angela and Ian. Two stepchildren Dwayne and Michelle Doherty. Six grandchildren Mikayla, Matthew, Alexis, Wyatt, Keira and Jacob. Brothers Don and Paul and sister Susie. His beloved pets, Candi and Newf and many more family and friends.
I would like to thank everybody for the phone calls, messages, flowers and cards. A special thank you to Judy, Christine and Carol. Without you I’m not sure I could have gotten through this.
Thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at Mills Memorial Hospital for all your kindness, help and support.
Tony loved animals. He worked for a Vet and then later worked for both Animal Shelters.
He loved to sing and play the guitar every chance he got.
One of his favorite things was to walk Ferry Island with his dog and any other dog he could get his hands on.
My love, you will be missed deeply. Twenty one years just wasn’t enough.

Tony’s name to Helping Hands of Terrace and
both Animal Shelters.
A celebration of life will be announced so
