Neil was born in Terrace, BC April 13, 1943 and passed away May 11, 2017 at Prince Rupert General Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer.
He is survived by daughter Alisa, son Neil Jr., son Kevin, sister Dianne (Rick) Prest, brother William (Valorie) Turner, four grandsons Dakota, Nelson, Charles and Robert as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
He was predeceased by his father Samuel Turner, mother Adeline Turner, brother Samuel Jack Turner, sister Irene Levesque, brother Robert Turner and son Dwayne Turner.
He will always be in our hearts and memories.
