It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one.
Leo was born in Zenon Park, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully in Mills Memorial Hospital, Terrace, B.C. with his family beside him.
A memorial service was held at the Royal Canadian Legion on Tuesday, August 17, 2010.
A beloved husband and best friend, father and grandfather, he was very dear to all who knew him. Leo is survived by his wife Anna, their children Joanne, Jeanne, Diane, Fern and adopted son Danny. Blessed with nine grandchildren - Kasandra, Kristen, Michael, Jessica, Olivia, Craig, Stephanie, Erin and Leo.
We will miss you “Papa” and you will live in our hearts forever, you are our angel.
On behalf of our family, we wish to express our gratitude for your generousity, kindness and prayers. Special thanks to all the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of Mills Memorial Hospital, the Royal Canadian Legion Staff and Veterans, Sunchine Centre, Staff of the Gitxsan Treaty Office in Hazelton, all speakers, relatives, friends and neighbours.
