TJERNSTROM, KYLA HELEN died suddenly on Tuesday, July 4, 2006 at Princeton, British Columbia, at 20 years of age.

Kyla was born in Terrace, B.C. on December 20, 1985.

She is survived by her loving partner and best friend, Gerad Norman, her daughter Jordin Katie, her parents; Ron and Terri Tjernstrom and brother Rayne, her parents in law; Slim and Roni

Norman, all of Princeton, and her sister-in-law Jessica (Jamie) Soderstrom of Kamloops. Predeceased by her grandpa, Ralph Rumpel and sister-in-law, Katie Norman.

Kyla graduated from Princeton Senior Secondary school in 2003. She was a wonderful mother and loved to sing. She was the ‘O Canada girl’ singing the anthem at the local Posse hockey games.

A celebration of Kyla’s life will be held Monday, July 10, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Princeton Senior Secondary High School, Princeton, officiated by Pastor Dan Brama.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kyla’s memory to Princeton & District Highway Rescue (Princeton & District Extrication Society) and/or an education trust fund for her daughter Jordin Katie Norman at Valley First Credit Union, Princeton, B.C In Terrace, donations can be made at Carters Jewellers in the Skeena Mall.
