Efner Richard Palmerlee (Dick) Green

July 16, 1916 - December 28, 2002

and, his wife,

Marjorie Adora Green (nee Cook)

October 22, 1919 - January 16, 2003

Believing in the Lord, they are together in a far better place.

Left to miss them are Joy, Richard and Lucille, grandchildren Sherry, Shawn, Patricia, Anthony, Derek and David, and great-grandchildren Julie and Olivia; their daughter Christina preceeded them in 1997. Each leaves a brother, 5 sisters-in-law, 27 (predeceased by 4) nieces, nephews and their families. Both sets of parents, 7 brothers and 3 sisters have also gone ahead. Dick and Marjorie will long be remembered by the Green / Greene relatives for the Family Tree Album. Marjorie and Dick, particularly in Terrace during the last 43 years of their lives, were involved in many (recognized, and behind-the-scenes) contributions to individuals and the community; these pioneers have left the family with many interesting stories, from prior to, and during their 61 years of marriage. Their three children would once again like to thank anyone who helped Dick and Marjorie as the need arose in the past few years, for sharing “memories”, for expressions of condolence, and for donations in their names to charitable causes. A service was held for Dick at the Evangelical Free Church on January 2, 2003. A service for Marjorie will be held at Terraceview Lodge on March 23, 2003 at

3:30 p.m. - friends are welcome.
