Chuck will be sadly missed and loved forever by his soul mate Lynn Wright, children Charles S. E. Swanson Jr IV. & James E. J. Swanson IV.
He is also survived by his parents Reverend Canon Charles and Eunice Swanson, his mother and stepfather Caroline and Thomas Daniels.
His sisters and brothers Doug, Trina, Diandra, T.J., Ben, Klara, Emily, Job, Rachel, Dawna, Jessica, Sheena, Chrystal, Richi, Tyran, Sean, Evelyn, Jim, Val, Debbie, Rick, Anita, Scott and Tess, along with all of his nieces, nephews, friends and grandson.
Chuck was predeceased by Beverly, Brenda, Anita, Benny, Albert and Oscar. Chuck will be missed by Pat and Willie, Anne and Robert and children, Elmer, Larry, Victor and Lynda and children.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Dr. Fourie; Nurses Gail and Elaine along with all the staff at Mills Memorial Hospital for their care and attention to Chuck and his family.
