In Loving Memory of Brian James Axworthy
Brian passed away peacefully on October 20, 2003 at the young age of 48. For the past 15 months Brian was very courageous in his battle with cancer. He was an inspiration to everyone who knew him and very much loved and admired by his family and friends. A Celebration of Brian’s Life was held on October 26, 2003. We would like to thank all of the nurses at Mills Memorial Hospital and Dr. Peter Hoy, who cared for Brian and made his final journey comfortable and peaceful. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Terrace Palliative Care Program or the Terrace Branch of the Canadian Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated. Thank you, The Axworthy Family.
