Art Kuemper
March 3, 1930 - February 21, 2007
Art passed away suddenly on Feb. 21, 2007. He was born in Muenster, Sask. March 3, 1930. He married Polly (Menz) June 29, 1953. They started their family in Saskatchewan, and in 1962 they moved to Terrace.
Art spent many years in the logging industry and other various trucking jobs. He loved to drive. The longer the trip the better.
Art was predeceased by his parents John and Bernadina and two brothers, Ray and Gilbert.
Art is survived by his wife Polly, children Mel (Diane),
Murray (Deb), Larry (Brenda), Dave, Sheila (Jim Kellar), Dwayne (Sherry) and Anita (Brad Harrison); grandchildren Pam, Ryan, Christina, Darren, Lance, Brandy, Keanan, Kimberly, Kelsi, Emily and Warren; great-grandchildren Austin and Kyla; sisters Marie, Delores and Eleanor; brothers Joe, Ernie, Benno, Ed and Fred.
Polly and the family would like to thank Father Terry Brock, The CWL, The Knights of Columbus and all who participated in and
attended Arts Funeral Mass. Thanks to everyone who sent
flowers, food and cards. A special thank you to Hilda Hildebrand for her extreme act of kindness.
