We are sad to announce that our loving mother Maria dos Anjos Cabral Raposo born in Porto Formoso Sao Miguel Acores on August 15, 1924, passed way on March 31, 2012 in her home surrounded by her loving family.
Maria had a courageous battle with colon cancer. Her rosy cheeks and her smiling face will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Predeceased by her husband, Manuel, mother and father and brothers and sisters. Survived by her seven sons and two daughters, daughters inlaw, son inlaw, twenty two grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren and one brother and brother’s inlaw and sister’s inlaw.
The family would like to thank Father Terry Brock, Dr. Hoy, Dr Fourier, the home support and home care nurses and the many friends who visited her at home.
Sadly missed and always in our hearts never to be forgotten.
