TAKE NOTICE THAT application has been made to amend Schedule “B” (Future Land Use) of Official Community Bylaw No. 2142-2018.
THE SUBJECT LAND:
The application affects those portions of the lands, within the City of Terrace, shown hatched on the accompanying map and described as:
Lot 1, District Lot 611, Range 5, Coast District, Plan EPP42962 (4905 Keith Avenue)
THE INTENT:
1. To amend Schedule ‘B’ (Future Land Use) of the Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 2142-2018 by changing the designation of the subject land shown hatched and in bold outline on the accompanying map at 4905 Keith Avenue:
FROM: General Commercial
TO: Industrial
2. To amend Schedule ‘C’ (Development Permit Areas) of the Official Community Plan by removing the subject land as shown hatched and in bold outline on the accompanying map, from Development Permit Area No. 5 - Commercial and adding the subject land to Development Permit Area No. 6 - Industrial.
PURPOSE:
To permit light industrial uses on the subject property.
