Unit 23 Mr Brent Mills

Pursuant to Sections 37 and 39 of the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Regulation, Sections 27 and 29 of the Residential Tenancy Regulations, and Section 59 of the Personal Property Security Act, Desma Holdings Limited, of 175 Harbour Avenue North Vancouver, B.C. V7J 2E7 (the Landlord) hereby gives notice of its intention to sell a 1973 Imperial manufactured home, serial no. ANH1332883 (the Property) of the former tenant, Brent Mills (Mr. Mills) formerly located at #23 - 3889 Muller Avenue Terrace B.C. (Pine Park Court). The Landlord will dispose of the Property unless Mr. Mills or any person claiming an interest in the Property takes possession of the Property, establishes a right to possession of it or makes an application to the court to establish such a right within 30 days.

Sale of the property is subject to buyer’s payment of or assumption of liability to pay property taxes in arrears , and the landlord’s legal cost and other costs in relation to the sale in the amount of $15800.00

Unit 16 Michele Loiselle

Pursuant to Sections 37 and 39 of the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Regulation, Sections 27 and 29 of the Residential Tenancy Regulations, and Section 59 of the Personal Property Security Act, Desma Holdings Limited, of 175 Harbour Avenue North Vancouver, B.C. V7J 2E7 (the Landlord) hereby gives notice of its intention to sell a 1970 Challenger manufactured home, serial no 6987 (the Property) of the former tenant, Michele Loiselle (Mr. Loiselle) formerly located at #16-3889 Muller Avenue Terrace B.C. (Pine Park Court). The Landlord will dispose of the Property unless Mr. Loiselle or any person claiming an interest in the Property takes possession of the Property, establishes a right to possession of it or makes an application to the court to establish such a right within 30 days.

Sale of the property is subject to buyer’s payment of or assumption of liability to pay property taxes in arrears , and the landlord’s legal cost and other costs in relation to the sale in the amount of $14800.00

Pursuant to Sections 37 and 39 of the Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Regulation, Sections 27 and 29 of the Residential Tenancy Regulations, and Section 59 of the Personal Property Security Act, Desma Holdings Limited, of 175 Harbour Avenue North Vancouver, B.C. V7J 2E7 (the Landlord) hereby gives notice of its intention to sell a 1974 Statesman manufactured home, serial no 7033 and 2002 Ford Explorer license plate # 962SXS (the Property) of the former tenant, John Keal (Mr. Keal ) formerly located at #29 - 3889 Muller Avenue Terrace B.C. (Pine Park Court). The Landlord will dispose of the Property unless Mr. Keal or any person claiming an interest in the Property takes possession of the Property, establishes a right to possession of it or makes an application to the court to establish such a right within 30 days.

Sale of the property is subject to buyer’s payment of or assumption of liability to pay property taxes in arrears , and the landlord’s legal costand other costs in relation to the sale in the amount of $16,200.00.

After the expiration of the 30 day period, the Property will be disposed of with no further notice to you.
